Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Last updated: September 23, 2026 Applies to: hineycoin.com, hineypass.com, games.hineycoin.com, store.hineycoin.com, and the HineyVersity, HineyClips, HineySpaces and HineyMarket products.
All of these are operated by Hineycoin, Inc., a Virginia corporation. FutureKin Academy is a separate product for children and families with its own policy. This one does not cover it.
The short version
We collect very little ourselves. We do not sell your information, we do not run ads, and we never see your private keys. When you buy crypto with money, a licensed payment company handles that transaction and the identity checks that come with it, and your documents go to them rather than to us.
The companies we rely on to run the product collect more than we do, and the section below says exactly what. If you buy merchandise from our store, we also need a name and a shipping address to send it to you.
The long version follows, and it says the same thing with the detail a policy needs.
What we collect
Your email address. You sign in with it. It is how your wallet is found when you return, and how we contact you if we need to.
Your wallet addresses. Public addresses on each network. These are public information by design: anyone can look at any address on a public blockchain.
Your X handle, only if you link one. Linking is optional in the wallet and required to submit to HineyClips. If you link one, we store the account identifier and the handle so our other products can recognize you.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers and our content delivery provider record standard request information such as browser type, approximate location derived from an internet address, and pages requested. These logs are kept for a limited period and used to keep the sites running and secure.
Aggregate counts from our wallet provider. Privy's dashboard shows us totals: how many wallets exist, how many people signed in, how much activity happened. We use those numbers to understand whether the product is working.
We do not run advertising trackers on our sites, and we do not use analytics tools that follow you around the internet.
Contact forms. If you send us a message through a form on our site, that message is delivered through Formspree, a form handling service, and includes whatever you typed into it.
If you buy from our store. Merchandise orders need your name, your shipping address and your contact details so the order can be made and delivered. Payment is handled by Stripe. Fulfillment is covered in its own section below.
What our wallet provider collects
Your wallet runs on infrastructure from Privy, and Privy collects more than we do. According to Privy, the information it may collect for wallet users includes your email address, phone number, wallet address, social login information, internet address and the location derived from it, device and browser information, and web analytics.
Privy states that it does not store your wallet itself and has no access to your secret or recovery credentials. Privy's own privacy policy governs what it collects and how long it keeps it.
Support messages. If you write to us, we keep the message and our reply.
What we do not collect
- Your private keys. We hold no key material of any kind, in any form.
- Your seed phrase. We will never ask for one, in any channel, for any reason.
- Your identity documents. Government ID, face scans and Social Security numbers requested during a card or bank purchase go to the licensed payment company that runs that check. We do not receive them, see them or store them.
- Your card or bank details. Same. These go to the payment company.
Things HineyCheck records
When you check a link or a contract address, we record what was checked and what result was given, so we can review accuracy over time and improve the checks. We do not record internet addresses alongside those entries.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not trade it.
We use service providers to run the product, and they receive only what they need to do their part:
- Privy, for wallet creation and key infrastructure. They hold your email and wallet information as part of providing that service.
- Stripe and MoonPay, when you buy crypto with money. They collect and hold your identity and payment information directly, under their own policies.
- Printify and its print providers, when you order merchandise. See the fulfillment section below.
- Stripe and PayPal, for store payments. Each handles your payment details directly, under its own policy.
- Formspree, which delivers messages sent through our contact forms.
- Helius, Blockscout, Jupiter and Relay, for reading blockchain data, prices and trade routes. These requests concern public blockchain information.
- Cloudflare, which delivers our pages.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If that happens, we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Merchandise fulfillment
We use Printify and its print providers to manufacture and fulfill merchandise orders. Information necessary to fulfill an order, such as your name, shipping address, contact information, and order details, may be provided to Printify and applicable fulfillment providers. Printify processes this information in accordance with its privacy and data processing policies. Certain customer identifying information associated with fulfilled or canceled orders is generally retained by Printify for 30 days following delivery or cancellation, subject to legal, contractual, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and other applicable retention requirements.
Some international orders can remain longer where a carrier has not confirmed delivery. Order records that do not identify you personally may be kept longer for accounting, tax, dispute and similar purposes.
Other services that load on our pages
Some of our pages pull information from other companies while you are reading them. When that happens, your browser contacts those companies directly, and they can see your internet address the same way any website you visit can.
- Price and token information on hineycoin.com comes from CoinGecko, DexScreener and RugCheck.
- Video on our clips pages is embedded from YouTube, using its privacy enhanced setting so it does not set tracking cookies before you press play.
- Fonts on some pages are still loaded from Google Fonts. Our documentation pages serve their own fonts and load nothing from anyone else.
None of these are advertising services, and none of them are there to track you. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with a request.
Public blockchains
Every transaction you make is recorded on a public blockchain. That record is permanent, visible to anyone, and outside our control. We cannot delete it, edit it or hide it, and neither can anyone else. This is how blockchains work, and it is worth understanding before you transact.
How long we keep things
We keep your account information while your account exists.
Account deletion. When you delete your HineyPass account, access to your account and associated wallet services is terminated. Certain information may be retained by our authentication and wallet infrastructure providers where required for security, legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes. Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
Privy retains personal data while an account is open, or as long as necessary to provide its services. After an account is closed or deleted, it may keep certain information longer where necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fees, or other legally permitted purposes. It may also keep anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Deleting your account is not the same as deleting your funds. Export your private keys before you ask for deletion if you want to keep access to your wallet, because once the account is gone we cannot recover it for you.
Your choices
- You can leave. Export your private key from the account menu and use your wallet elsewhere. Nothing is locked to us.
- You can unlink your X account from the account menu.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hineypass@hineycoin.com.
Children
HineyPass is not for people under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to hineypass@hineycoin.com and we will remove it.
Security
We protect your information with the usual measures, and we describe our security approach in our documentation. No system is perfect, and we will not tell you that your information cannot be breached. What we can tell you is that we do not hold the thing an attacker would most want, which is your keys.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the product.
